Peter Woodbury
Principal and Licensee in charge

Employment History:
Peter following obtaining the HSC joined the Bank of New South Wales (now known as Westpac) holding a number of positions during his 25 years with that organisation.
On leaving the bank Peter joined the YMCA working as the office Manager gaining many skills during his 18 months with that organisation.
Peter then joined Alliance Strata Management, a large strata management company with a number of offices throughout Sydney, as a certified strata manager being responsible for a large portfolio for about 4 years. He finally become a Licensed Strata Managing Agent during this period.
Australian Property Managers Pty Ltd was formed in 1994 with only one employee. Over time the number of employees has substantially increased to its current level.
Current position:
Peter is currently the Licensee of the company and oversees the day to day activities of the staff.

Peter is married with 4 adult children
Lyn Kerferd

Employment History:
Lyn has a varied work history in the scientific/medical area including that of Science Officer at Prince of Wales Hospital, Practice Manager for a medical practice, Customer Service Manager in the medical /dental field. She also has experience in aged care as Manager in Retail and Community services in aged care.
Prior to joining Australian Property Managers Pty Ltd Lyn was employed by another Strata Managing Agent as a Portfolio Manager.
Current position:
Lyn joined Australian Property Managers Pty Ltd in 2016 as our compliance officer responsible for ensuring that the building managed by this office comply with the many and varied pieces of legislation which affects strata buildings today. This is an extensive task making full use of all her abilities.
Outside interests:
Lyn’s many hobbies and interests include the painting of pets, art, mosaics, painting and looking after all her pets.
Lyn children are presently in both secondary and tertiary education.
Frances Li
Portfolio Manager
Qualifications:
Graduate of Peking University in Science of physics – Beijing
Licensed Strata Manager
Employment History:
Whilst in China she obtained considerable business experience in various areas including Computer hardware manufacture and the retail industry.
Upon coming to Australia in 2001 she joined Australian Property Managers Pty Ltd, holding several positions as she progressed through the business firstly becoming a certified strata manager managing a portfolio of strata complexes and finally becoming a fully licensed Strata Managing Agent.
Current position:
Frances is currently responsible for the day to day management of a number of strata complexes on behalf of Australian Property Managers Pty Ltd.
Frances is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Outside interests:
Frances takes a leading role in various Chinese community not-for- profit organisations.
John Yau

Employment History:
John has held a number of positions the banking and finance industries both in Australia as well as overseas prior to joining the real estate industry as a property manager. In 2016 he joined Australian Property Managers Pty Ltd.
Current position:
John is currently the manager responsible for the day to day management of a number of strata complexes on behalf of Australian Property Managers Pty Ltd.
John is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Outside interests:
John is married and in his spare time takes an active interest in golf, tennis, soccer and skiing to name a few.
Fran Lyndon-Ross

Employment History:
Fran has extensive business experience in management in manufacturing, retail and small business prior to her joining Australian Property Management Pty Ltd in 2000.
Current position:
Fran is currently the manager responsible for the day to day management of a number of strata complexes on behalf of Australian Property Managers Pty Ltd.
Outside interests:
Fran community service has extended for over 30 years with a special emphasis on the provision of help and support for women and children. She also maintains a strong connection with the ballet in Sydney.
Fran has one adult child.
Michelle Maynard
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Employment History:
Michelle has extensive in retail, banking and finance together with the University and a Federal Government Department. She joined Australian Property Management Pty Ltd in 2011 working in the accounts department.
Current position:
Michelle is currently responsible for the meeting and greeting of people coming to our office together with the preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes for meetings held by the Australian Property Managers Pty Ltd.
Outside interests:
Michelle spends a lot of spare time in looking after her husband and their son.
Bill Scott

Employment History:
Bill has been closely associated with the property industry since the mid 1960s when he first obtained his certificate of registration as a Real Estate Agent. Since then he has been the owner of a real estate agency situated in the western suburbs of Sydney with a further 6 years as the Manager of the City Sales and Leasing Department of a major Sydney real estate agency.
In more recent times he was the owner of an inspection company who provided Strata Pre Purchase Inspection Reports for purchasers and the legal profession.
During 15 years between the mid 1980 and 2001 he was also a part time teacher at the Northern Institute of Tafe lecturing on many of the real estate subjects.
Current position:
Assistant to the licensee
Outside interests:
Bills interests include a long association with as a volunteer with the Rural Fire Service , membership of a Rotary Club holding many positions within that organisation, The current holding of the position of the District Chair of Rotarians Against Malaria and Golf to name a few of his other interests.
Bill is married with two adult children.
